- We operate under an absolute non-disclosure mandate. SUNZ INDIA never sells, rents, trades, or publishes your commercial details, identity, or contact data to market competitors or third-party marketing firms.
- Access to your operational files is strictly isolated to vetted internal compliance officers and accounting heads directly handling your ledger settlement.
3. Statutory Disclosures & Data Security
- Your data will only be shared with external bodies when explicitly mandated by law via the CBIC, ICEGATE Administrators, the DGFT, or Indian Judicial Courts.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
All transactions, compliance agreements, and legal interpretations under these policies are governed by the laws of India and are subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
